Return & Warranty Policy
1. 30-Day Return/Refund Policy
hxweiye.com strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Our products are of high quality, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.
All returns must be pre-approved by hxweiye.com. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by HXWEIYE.
HXWEIYE will pay for the return shipping label for items that fall within the following categories:
Carrier damage/ warehouse mishandling
Defective product
Incorrect product was delivered
Additional product(s) you did not order were delivered
For any other reason not listed, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. HXWEIYE will NOT accept returns with any modifications to the product as it voids our warranty. Any modified products returned to HXWEIYE will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
Refund process:
1. You must first contact the HXWEIYE customer service team via email (support@hxweiye.com).
Please contact one of our customer service representatives to inform the order information and the reason for the refund.
2. Both parties negotiate according to the refund policy.
3. Both parties agree on the refund amount and confirm the refund.
4. The staff processes the refund.
5. The refund will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification after the refund is processed.
Exchange policy: Contact the HXWEIYE customer service at support@hxweiye.com and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
2. Free Shipping Returns and Refunds
If free shipping was applied to the original order and the return is due to customer error or a change of mind, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or credit.
3. 1-Year Warranty Policy
All products purchased from our platform are covered by a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of receipt. This warranty excludes damages resulting from human actions, such as misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
