*All delivery times are quoted in business days, weekends and holidays excluded. Order will be processed the following working day if all orders placed after Friday.

Where can I track my package?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number.

Even if your package has been shipped, it usually takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated online. Don't worry if it doesn't show an update at first, check back in a few days, and feel free to contact us (support@hxweiye.com) with any questions.

Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it yet?
Sometimes packages may be accidentally delivered to a next-door neighbor's house or left at the customer's local post office. If this unfortunately happens, please contact the local post office immediately to check the location of the package.
Please note that our shipping partners are able to tell us the exact location and time of each package's arrival at its destination. If the evidence shows that the package was successfully delivered, but the customer states otherwise, we will do our best to reach a mutual agreement.

How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the amount of your order.

ATTENTION: Please check the delivery address and postal code again.
If the address or postal code provided by the customer is different from the actual delivery address, the delivery will fail.
HXWEIYE will not be liable for the compensation due to the failed delivery of packages caused by the customer, and the custom products cannot be returned or exchanged, thank you for your understanding.
